We value user satisfaction and transparency. Therefore, Asisten AI offers a 3-day full refund guarantee (no questions asked) under the following conditions:

The refund request is submitted within 3 days from the initial subscription date.
No AI credits or generation features have been used during that period.

If both conditions are met, users are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, please contact support@asistenai.com and provide your account email and payment proof.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the subscription and may take up to 7 business days to complete.

9) Your Rights

Indonesia (PDP Law): access, correction, deletion, limitation, and withdrawal of consent.
EU/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing.
California (CCPA/CPRA): access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of data sale or sharing.
