Terms & Conditions Asisten AI

1. Introduction

Welcome to Asisten AI (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).
By accessing or using our website at https://asistenai.com and/or our web application at https://chat.asistenai.com, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Service Overview

Asisten AI provides an artificial intelligence–powered platform designed to help users generate text, images, videos, and other creative content through multiple integrated AI models.

Our Services may include (but are not limited to):

  • AI Chat with 100+ LLMs
  • AI Image and Video Generation
  • AI Image and Video Editing
  • Subscription-based premium features and business automation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • To access certain features, you must create an account.
  • You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Asisten AI shall not be liable for any loss or misuse resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Generating or distributing illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or engaging in fraud, scams, or misleading activities.
  • Attempting to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • All outputs generated through Asisten AI are created by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, reliable, or free of bias.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and using such content appropriately.
  • Asisten AI does not claim ownership of user-generated content, but we may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve model performance and system reliability.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Certain features are available only to paid subscribers or premium users.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Prices, plans, and available features may change at any time without prior notice.

6a. Refund Policy

We want our customers to feel confident when subscribing to Asisten AI. Therefore, we offer a 3-day refund guarantee (no questions asked) under the following condition:

  • The refund request is made within 3 days from the original subscription date.
  • No credits or generation features have been used during that time.

If these conditions are met, customers are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@asistenai.com with your payment details and account information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Asisten AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Data loss, service interruption, or errors caused by third-party integrations.
  • Misuse or outcomes of AI-generated content.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of Asisten AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Modifications to These Terms


We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available on our website with the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Central Jakarta District Court.
